I’m a mom of seven—five beautiful children here on earth and two precious souls in heaven. Motherhood has been my greatest joy and my deepest stretching, and it’s where I’ve learned the sacred value of slowing down, breathing deep, and letting God meet me right where I am.

I’m a homeschool mom, which means our days are full—getting kids to classes, questions asked mid-tea sip, and chaos woven with grace. Somewhere between spelling lists and snack time, I discovered how essential small, peaceful rituals are for my heart.

I’m also a Catholic convert, having come home to the Church from the Baptist tradition. My faith journey has been one of surrender, healing, and discovering the beauty of the saints—ordinary people who lived extraordinary lives of love, suffering, courage, and trust in God. Their stories remind me that holiness is possible right in the middle of daily life.

And yes—I love tea.
Tea has become more than a drink for me. It’s a pause. A prayer. A moment to remember that God is near, that the saints are interceding, and that peace doesn’t require perfection—just presence.

By trade, I’m also a marketing manager, which means I spend my days helping tell meaningful stories and build brands rooted in purpose. Sacred Heart Tea is where all these parts of my life come together: faith, motherhood, creativity, and the deep desire to create moments of calm in a noisy world.

My hope is that every cup you brew is an invitation—to rest your hands around something warm, to breathe, and to remember that you are not alone. A saint in heaven is praying for you, and God is meeting you right in the middle of your beautiful, busy life.
